No, however for many services we offer, we can provide you with a printout including diagnoses and procedure codes which you can submit to your carrier for potential reimbursement

If you have health insurance, we can print an order for you to take to a lab draw location that participates with your insurance company to help offset the costs of labs.

We require 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your appointment. If you do not call us to cancel your appointment, you will be subject to a cancellation fee. For a Monday appointment, please contact the office on Friday.

We accept all major credit cards, but we do charge a credit card surcharge of 3.75% on all credit card transactions.

There is no fee for debit, cash or check.

Yes, we accept HSA/FSA cards. Please make sure to have your pin number ready at check-out.

Yes, we offer Chiropractic Care for the whole family, including infants and the elderly. 

We offer many services that a PCP office would, however, many patients choose to keep their PCP outside of our office. We do not provide any emergency medical appointments, (deep cuts, sutures, etc), so you will still need to use urgent care and the ER as we do not take emergency medical appointments.

We are also closed on the weekends.

No, you do not need to be a patient to schedule these services. Please call our office and we can assist you with scheduling these services.

We offer basic bloodwork and functional lab testing, such as: stool testing, mold/mycotoxin testing, food allergy testing, stress/adrenal/ hormone testing, micronutrient testing, mineral/heavy metal testing, and more.
