No, however for many services we offer, we can provide you with a printout including diagnoses and procedure codes which you can submit to your carrier for potential reimbursement

We require 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your chiropractic appointment. For New Patient Appointments and Cranial Sacral Therapy we require a 48 hour notice. If you do not call us to cancel your appointment, you will be subject to a cancellation fee. For a Monday appointment, please contact the office on Friday. Appointments that are no-shows are charged a fee.

We accept all major credit cards, but we do charge a credit card surcharge of 4% on all credit card transactions.

There is no fee for debit, cash or check.

Yes, we accept HSA/FSA cards. Please make sure to have your card ready at check-out.

Yes, we offer Chiropractic Care for the whole family, including infants and the elderly. 

No, you do not need to be a chiropractic patient to schedule these services. Please call our office and we can assist you with scheduling these services.

We offer basic bloodwork orders and functional lab testing, such as: stool testing, mold/mycotoxin testing, food allergy testing, stress/adrenal/ hormone testing, and more.
